"We have stayed at Hotel do Norte before, which is a beautiful big old building in the centre of Porto, but this time we booked an apartment. It was just round the corner, only a few minutes walk away. We were on the 4th floor, there is a lift, but it only goes from the 1st floor, so please be aware there are some stairs involved. The apartment was great, we were only there for one night so didn't really take full advantage of the facilities, but it was well equipped and very comfortable. Brilliant Wifi."

"Good location in old Porto by Balhao Metro Station. The central Trindade hub is only about 5mins walk away. Restaurants and a Pingo Doce supermarket is close by."
"A small point for older visitors. The hotel is an old building with several buildings. There is no lift, so access to upper floors 4/5 is via a staircase and then other flights of stairs."
