"It was in a safe neighbourhood with bus stops and the metro approximate 100M walk, maybe less. Reception was open at any time I needed to use it. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. The lifts were both clean and working well. The room was large with sufficient storage space. The bathroom was a little cramped but was functional. The shower was excellent with easily adjustable temperature and good water pressure."
"The desk area was fine but the seats were dated and difficult to move. The orange and red bedside lampshades didn’t make it easy to read."

"Hotel is fun and staff is very polite and helpful. It is located where all the hop-on hop-off busses are parked, so this is very convenient. It is on a very busy place but it is not loud at all."
"Rooms are not too sound proof between one another. On the first day our room had a smell of cleaning products which was a little outputting but I think they stopped using it. Our cleaning lady did a very good job."
