"Staff are friendly and helpful, and our room was good. The environment is beautiful, and we love the Rossmund golf estate."

There seems to be a lack of management oversight, with some areas for improvement. For example, one of the bath mats which was in place in front of the shower had holes in it - which really shouldn't happen. And there is a need for a "refresh" of the the rooms.

"We got an upgrade to a big cottage for free that better suited our family needs. Stuff is friendly and nice."

Having to get taxis but the cheap so not to bad.
