"The Hotel is not geared up to accept overseas travellers. The reception people can not speak ENGLISH so it was extremely difficult to communicate with them."

"Not one person at reception could speak English which is a major downfall if Saudi wants to attract tourists. My room had a kitchen but no plates and cutlery. Need to add these. Also had no water one day but no one warned the guests."
