"The staff, the confort, the safety. Location was excellent. Food was great."
"The fact that the hotel was blacklisted because of my request for an upgrade in rooms because the standard couldn't fix my family and I. I also didn't like the fact that without consulting me about a supposed camcellation booking blacklisted the hotel. I sent an email via this platform on Thursday last asking for an explanation regarding the hotel being blacklisted and to date I haven't received a reaponse."

"Tine and Frank were great hosts. Even though our travel plans were disrupted by airline problems they were able to accommodate us without extra cost. Breakfast on the balcony was unforgettable. A real tropical experience even though the airport was within easy reach. Frank's menagerie was a real highlight."

"Lovely quiet and beautiful setting next to an amazing forest with great walking opportunities, cozy huts and a very very welcoming owner who walked you around and took all his time to explain everything you wanted to know about the plants, species and the area."
