"The hotel is amazing, the staff is really gently and welcoming. The rooms have everything, including toiletries. There were services we couldn't use due to time but we are hoping we will have that chance next time"

"The rooms didn't have USB ports for charging. Also sometimes the staff struggled with our English (but nothing major, just that it took maybe a little bit more to communicate)."

For a hotel of this level, I find this unacceptable that we didn’t have internet through our vacation!"
