"Breakfast is fair; could have more options à la carte and the service could be faster!! The buffet was poor, in my view!"

"It's weird that the rooms don't have a TV. I was able to get one because the staff was gentle enough to look for it (and they found one). Specifically, when the weather is bad (it was the case in one day), there is little option for entertainment in the hotel. Also, there is no indoor pool and the 4 pools the hotel has are outdoors and not climatized!"

"Serviço por vezes ficou aquém do que se espera da rede Vik. Solicitei late checkout à atendente no dia após o café da manhã, ela me disse que responderia em seguida, mas simplesmente não o fez. Banheiro sem local para pendurar toalhas. Restaurante com muitos insetos"

"The room was spacious and well organized. The kitchen was well equipped with all appliances that might be necessary even for a longer stay (oven, coffee maker, etc.). The bathroom was well conceived, reasonably equipped (more space would have been nice for the toiltteries, more hooks for towels, more critical there is no bidet) with a very nice jacuzzi. The bed is very comfortable and there is enough space for hanging clothes, storing luggage and generally feeling very well in the room. External space with table, chairs and your oiwn barbecue, direct access to the warm pool and the spa, made the stay very nice. If you visit, give some caresses to Lola, the most lovely little cat you will find anywhere."

"The apartment has everything you would want and is decorated in Sophie's unike style. Sophie is an excellent host and provides good information to find the house. Lola is a lovely, well-behaved dog. The outdoor spaces are special, especially the tunnel providing shade all day from the sun. The town is very tranquil with a pier out to the river."
