"We had a wonderful time at Luke's Place back in November. Linda was a lovely host, and very knowledgeable of the area. Communication was quick and easy. Her property is in a beautiful neighbourhood and has a direct access to the beach, just a short walk from the central market. The garden was extremely well taken care of, with sunbeds to relax and a pool. The apartment we stayed in was super comfortable, spacious, clean and the bed was perfect. The best equipped kitchen in this side of the world! Other than all these things, what mattered the most, was the great feeling you're left with after staying at Luke's Place - that's the best memory. I sense we will be back in the future!"

"Perfect location with great views of the mountains and river in the beautiful town of Arco. The apartment was nicely decorated in italian style and included a great hot tub bath and a 4k television. The kitchen was reasonably well appointed with an induction hob and a combi oven, and a fridge freezer. There was free parking available in an underground garage, but we were on foot - the pedestrian entrance came out right onto the pretty alleyways in the Arco old town."

The check in details could have been clearer. The keys had to be collected from "Arcoplant", which is a small garden centre a long way from the apartment. We got there on a Sunday, so the garden centre was closed and it was difficult to get in touch with the owner, but they were really friendly and helpful once we found them.

"Absolútne dokonalé miesto na strávenie dovolenky. Apartmán bol nádherný, s luxusným výhľadom na celú zátoku Beau Vallon a okolité kopce. Vybavenie apartmánu bolo nadštadardné, všetko bolo čisté, voňavé. Pláž aj supermarket je len pár minút od ubytovania. Daphne a jej manžel Terrence sú úžasní ľudia, veľmi milí a splnia vám každé vaše želanie. Prišli sme sem stráviť 10 výročie svadby a títo skvelí ľudia nám ho spravili nezabudnuteľným. Každému, kto chce stráviť dovolenku na Seychelách inak, než v nejakom izolovanom rezorte, trochu dobrodružne a v spoločnosti priateľských ľudí, vrele mu odporúčam ubytovať sa v 360 degrees villa <3"

"Nice apartment. Clean and the neighbourhood seemed safe. All the amenities worked. The host and staff were readily available. The only issue has nothing to do with the property, the internet says there is a place nearby to get food. The internet is wrong, that place is closed, it.woul be wise to take groceries or food."

"We were group of friends with families, so we were very excited about place, surrounding, distance to the sea - everything was great! Kids had a lot of acticities, even to collect shells or pine cones. Every room had separate bathrooms, kitchen equipment, tools for barbeque (we need to brought only charcol for cooking)."

It small thing, that do not efect my valuation - sofa was a bit to hard for adults, would be great to have additional mattress :)

There are no mosquito nets. When you don’t like using AC it could be a problem.

The walk to restaurants was a little risky as parts had no pavement and some of it is on a busy road. This of course has nothing to do with the property per se but just an observation.

Wifi olisi saanut toimia myös kahdessa ylemmässä kerroksessa.

"Idealne miejsce na rodzinny wypoczynek! Domek położony tuż przy polu golfowym, z pięknymi widokami i mnóstwem przestrzeni do relaksu. W środku czysto, bardzo dobrze wyposażony – niczego nam nie brakowało. Cisza, spokój i pełen komfort sprawiły, że mogliśmy naprawdę odpocząć. Świetna lokalizacja i warunki zarówno dla dorosłych, jak i dzieci. Zdecydowanie polecam – na pewno tu wrócimy!"

Negeras, nemalonus kvapas name, net vėdinant patalpas, kvapas i šlieka. Seni baldai, nepatogus palipimas į miegamuosius, ypač su mažu vaiku labai pavojinga.

"La casa superó con creces nuestras expectativas, estaba muy equipada en todos los aspectos lo que hizo nuestra estancia mucho más fácil. Mantas, toallas,.. todo muy bien organizado en las habitaciones. El sótano muy acogedor para realizar celebraciones o reuniones de amigos."

"Location was great. Overall a beautiful place with beautiful villas. Would go back. Staff was also friendly and helpful."

The bathroom.. Especially the one upstairs was not functioning and was not functional. It was spoiled and one had to use a bucket of water to flash. The breakfast provided was quite basic and not worth it.

"Plenty of space, well equipped, and ocean views. Very close to the main road."
