Na najbližšej zastávke električky nebola možnosť si zakúpiť listky. To sa dá riešiť skrz mobilnú aplikáciu. Na izbe by som prijal fľašu čistej minerálnej vody, nejaké sprchovacie šampóniky. Komfort by zvýšila aj menšia televízia a chladnička , ale výhradne tam nechýbajú. Bolo by to len plus.

"Great staff on reception - very friendly and helpful, especially since I was the only guest in the hotel during the low season. The room was at an excellent rate and was very comfortable, clean and had everything I needed. The reception staff got me a kettle when I asked and I slept well."

Construction works are going on in the area and at the hotel in winter. Theh hamman, spa and bar and restaurant are all closed in winter too - all understandable and no huge deal and there's plenty in the area open all the time.

Quite niusy at times with roosters making there things at 5am and i did have problem with noisy guests ( which isn’t hotes fault) but noisy cleaning is. Personell is very nice dough

"Good location. Off the noisy main road. Gentle downhill walk into town, uphill on the way back. Victor and Claudia on reception friendly and helpful Micro kitchen has everything that you could need. Room reasonable size, nice balconies. Bath with over shower"

"The accommodations are wonderful. The view from the back balcony is breathtaking as it overlooks the ocean. It is very comfortable, clean, spacious and inviting. Renalda greeted us when we arrived and was a great contact in the Dominica."

It is about a 30-45 minute walk into the town of Roseau. It is a short walk uphill to accommodations if you do not have vehicle.

The apartment caretaker, Selechi, is very resourceful and helpful in providing any needed information; he will go a distance to help guests order food and drinks. The train rail track in front of the apartment hotel makes it difficult for taxi drivers to pick up or drop off a guest. The rail track extends to about 2 miles past the hotel; the Chinese contractors need to revisit that project.

"Ubytovanie bolo naozaj veľmi pekné a čisté. Vyzeralo to ako novučké. Personál bol veľmi milý a ochotný pomôcť. Robili sme ubytovanie na poslednú chvíľu a aj keď bola nedeľa tak nám pomáhali ako sa dalo. My sme hľadali hotel ako taký so všetkým čo naozajstný hotel ako taký ponúka, ale toto nebolo ono. Avšak ak hľadáte ubytovanie a nečakáte naozajstný hotel tak potom je to naozaj super. Krásne, čisté, upravené a cena naozaj na LUX veľmi prijateľná."

Nie je to hotel ako taký, so všetkým čo naozajstný hotel ako taký ponúka. Nie je to skutočná recepcia ako taká so všetkými službami čo recepcia ako taká ponúka. Toto by bolo dobré aby sa to na booking.com updatovalo. Je to skôr apartmánový dom na prenájom, ako keď sa chodí do chorvátska. Raňajky sú ponúkané ale o skutočných raňajkách ako takých čo naozajstný hotel ponúka sa nedá vôbec hovoriť, (bufetové stoly, kávy, čaje, juice a a tak). Ale nemusíte si ich dávať. My už nabudúce si ich nedáme. Celkovo však veľká spokojnosť. Teraz keď už vieme čo je to, ako to funguje a tak tak veľmi radi sa tam znova ubytujeme. Čiže ak niekto hľadá naozajstný hotel ako taký tak toto nie je to čo hľadáte.

"Used as a night stop over before catching ferry next day. Midway between airport and ferry port. Room had everything required, was clean and having bar and restaurant on roof is a nice thing as not much else is around in the area. Staff were attentive."

There were small irritations. TV on arrival was not working but sorted after a message to hotel. Signage to bar restaurant is incorrect should be removed. Took a while before being advised of alternative entry point. Check out process could had been more efficient. Taxi driver ended up paying cash for me as lady with card machine not available

Cleaning service could come more often

"The room was very comfortable, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was very tasty with plenty of choice. Unfortunately the weather was not so good when we were there but there was a nice walkway down to the beach and a nice pool area and I would certainly come back and stay for longer in the summer when this hotel would really come into its own."

The staff member served us breakfast but as it was laid out as a buffet I think I'd rather have just helped ourselves. We were the only ones there so it felt a little strange having someone waiting around just in case we wanted an extra slice of break or cup of coffee.

"The property was clean, well equipped and well maintained. The little beach was lovely with enough sun beds for everyone. There are only 4 restaurants in walking distance (one was around d 18 mins up the hill on the main road) and one bar that closes at 7pm. The Bucaneer shop is not very well stocked and the nearest supermarket is a drive away."

The pool was cleaned daily but could do with a midday skim as there’s a lot of tree debris that falls in. The beach is a thoroughfare for cruisers that have been dropped off for the day to get to the public beach
