The only downside in our opinion is no grocery stores in walking distance. You do need a car to move around.

- The entry to the hotel is not clear. One has to walk through a long small street to reach a small door. No taxi can arrive there. You have to walk with your luggage about 250 mts for a small stone street. - No toilet paper - Not possible to pay with credit card, which, being so expensive, makes it that you have to bring a lot of cash with you, and in town there is only a place to change money, and for that reason, the exchange rate is very bad

Quite niusy at times with roosters making there things at 5am and i did have problem with noisy guests ( which isn’t hotes fault) but noisy cleaning is. Personell is very nice dough

"Good location. A few minutes walk to the public beach, bus stops, next to a supermarket. Parking available. Night life nearby. A few restaurants reachable on foot. The staff was very nice and polite. Had a little issue with the aircon and the manager was quick to sort it out. Room was cleaned and towels changed daily."

The glass door in the bathroom rubs against the floor and makes a loud noise. Lots of dried leaves in the pool. The internet is too slow.

"Veľmi príjemná a ochotná recepčná, vzdialenosť od zastávok MHD prijateľná, súkromné parkovisko, čistá kúpeľňa, súkromie. veľká spokojnosť. Aj s informáciami podanými na recepcii o meste a spôsobe prepravy."

Na najbližšej zastávke električky nebola možnosť si zakúpiť listky. To sa dá riešiť skrz mobilnú aplikáciu. Na izbe by som prijal fľašu čistej minerálnej vody, nejaké sprchovacie šampóniky. Komfort by zvýšila aj menšia televízia a chladnička , ale výhradne tam nechýbajú. Bolo by to len plus.

Dress code pre personál neexistuje. Uvítal by som, keby personál mal jednotné oblečenie a pripnutý štítok/vizitku so svojím menom.

There was nothing to dislike.

Nemam co vytknut. Jedine mozno viacej vybavenia do kuchyne.

"Všetko bolo super, milí personál-upratovanie izby počas pobytu, priestranná izba aj kúpeľňa. Výhodou je aj poloha, hotel sa nachádza veľmi blízko pláže. Stačí prejsť cez cestu. V blízkosti je lekáreň obchod, reštaurácie...."

Not really suitable without a car, it’s quite a steep walk up from Camp’s Bay and then have to walk through the basement car park to access the apartments. I found it quite expensive just for a studio compared to other accommodation I have used but Camps Bay is a more expensive area.

فقط هناك شيء واحد لم يعجبني واتمنى ان يعملو على تحسينه.. المفروض يضعوا كارت على الباب الذي يحتوي على عبارة ( عدم الازعاج او الرجاء تنظيف غرفتي) لاننا نضطر كل يوم لابلاغ الارسيبشن ان يقوموا بتنظيف الغرفة واذا نسينا فأنهم لا يقوموا بتنظيفها الا بطلب من الزبون
