"Ranajky boli vyborne a dobry vyber vsetkeho a aj personal velmi mily. Izba bola pekna, cista, zrenovovana, s balkonikom a vyhladom na hory, sice mala, ale to sme vedeli. Smerom na Semmering (SKI) cez kopec je krasna priroda, skaly, stare mosty. Je to pekny kut Rakuska."

"Kupelna nie je robena pre vyssie osoby, ludia nad 170 cm maju problem sediet pohodlne na wc, umyvadlo je nizko a sprchovy kut maly. Cela kupelna je mala. V dedine bola len jedna restauracia otvorena na veceru. Treba ist autom do vedlajsej, kde sa toho viac dialo."

"Very kind and friendly staff, especially the lady at the reception who was extremely helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was good, and there was parking available. The room was very clean, and a big advantage is that dogs are allowed. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Overall, the stay was pleasant, however I think it might be time to renovate the showers (little old), as there was a slight issue with the hot water. The radiator was heating very strongly and could not be regulated or turned off, so we had to keep the window slightly open. Judging by the drafts, it seemed that other rooms were dealing with this in the same way. It would also be nicer to have glass glasses in the rooms instead of plastic ones."

"Intresting interior, simple, but delicious breakfast. And the staff was excellent: Nora and Tamas helped us a lot, they know everything about the hotel, the story of the building, they were super friendly and helpful. Nice view, good location."

"We got last minute upgraded by the owners of Raxalpenhof, so we spent our weekend in the end there. Based on the reviews and photos of Kaiserhof, I’m sure we have liked it there too, and our stay at Raxalpenhof was exceptional as well. Very kind staff, beautiful room, delicious breakfast, amazing scenery, just a perfect location for a weekend in the Austrian Alps."

"The room in Kaiserhof was amazing, it had a wooden interior and you could smell the pine as you antered the room, it was very relaxing. The heating was, nice, we had a cute balcony where we could cool our drinks :) Bathroom was right size, and there was a separate toilet. The breakfast was fabulous, and it was served withing Kaiserhof so you do not need to walk to the hotel. They had ski boots heater and ski storage in Kaiserhof so they welcome skiers too - as we were also one of them. The hotel in a 3-5 minutes walk has a wellness area for which we could pay 14 eur to use for a whole day, it is extremely well equipped, I suggest ot to everyone who loves wellness. We had dinner in the hotel - you just need to reserve a table, they have plenty - it was amaying, I recommend trying the local specialties, especially if you like game / wild meats"
