"The staff, all very professional and friendly. The pool area. The Beachwalk restaurant next to the pool was amazing for lunch. The beef fajitas specially were greatly appreciated. We had amazing pasta at the GUSTINO ITALIAN GRILL restaurant. The prices were comparable to restaurants in London. Order the tiramisu for the presentation not the taste. The location was also very nice short cab drive to the La Isla shopping centre. There are a few restaurants outside of the hotel but for I would choose the restaurants in the hotel better quality same price. The little shop in the hotel has pizza slices for a late night snack or lunch, they also had amazing ice cream. Overall an amazing stay and experience for our first time in Mexico. I also enjoyed the Spa centre at the hotel the have a equipped gym with free weights and machines."

"We originally booked 2 rooms for 2 couples and got upgraded for free to a 2 bedroom 3 bathrooms suite which was right on the beach. The view was amazing, the flat was spacious and clean. The hotel is in a quieter zone but only 5 mins away from the busier area where there are shops and bars. The hotel also provided entertainment for the guests. Staff were really nice."

"The windows in the flat could not open which seems to be the case in the whole hotel. Luckily we had a balcony so we could air out the room but the bathrooms would get better stuffy as there wasn't even a fan there. The food is also not great. Definitely nothing Mexican about it. Breakfast was decent but lunch and dinner were basic. Bread was ofen stale and the mains were heavily relying on fried foods"

"Krásne prostredie.. nové, moderne zariadené izby, mali sme výhlad aj na more aj na lagúnu.. výborné jedlo, milý a nápomocný personál, krásne pláže, azúrová voda, jemný biely piesok.. zároveň sme mali prístup aj do vedľajšieho partnerského hotela, Royal Solaris.. môžete využívať teda služby oboch hotelov vrátane barov, reštaurácii, vonkajších bazénov, čo bolo naozaj skvelé.."

"Hlučná klimatizácia… v prípade, že chcete ísť do lepšej reštaurácie v hoteli na večeru (nie strava klasickou formou bufetov), je nutná včasná rezervácia v aplikácii , na čo sme neboli upozornení a preto sme už nedostali miesto.. obedy sú ale k dispozicii aj bez rezervácie.."

"The location of the hotel was very good. You can wak to downtown in 10-15 minutes. The rooms were big, the beds were confortable. There was a coffee machine but there was no coffee in the room. It would be much better if they had put some for use. The shower wasn't that good, it looked old and the pressure wasn't that much. The hotel has a really nice garden and a cafe/restaurant where you can have something to eat. There is also a very small pool in the garden and some sun beds."

"Poloha hotela dostupná autobusom R. Veľký street food v blízkom parku. Do zóny hoteliera sa dostanete autobusmy R a naspäť tak isto. Zastávky sú blízko hotela, je v pokojnejšej oblasti. Neďaleko sú potraviy Chedraui a reštaurácie. Nenakupujte veľa v Mercado 28, prejdite sa trochu ďalej do Mercado 23 ;) malá rada pre turistov."

"Chceli sme nefajčiarsku izbu, dostali sme izbu po fajčiarovi (ako bývalým fajčiarom nám to nevadilo, ale ide o princím, neriešili sme to, nechceli sme to riešiť)."
