Staff was very friendly and helpful and they can inform you about possible activities as well. The room was comfortable and reasonably clean, there was an (intact) mosquito net and air con. The breakfast was included and you can order dinner as well, which was delicious."

The door handles tend to fall out and should be repaired. Some ants in the room. Some waiting time for breakfast.

It's a bit too hot in Bamako

Very isolated, surrounded by an abandoned resort. Menu very limited and expensive although the chef was very obliging and did cook of menu dishes for those who asked. Our room wasn’t cleaned twice and we had to remind someone to do it, we had to move rooms as the toilet facilities broke on our first room but this was handled quickly. For the cost of the room I would have expected a little more e.g. bottled water free in the room, tissues to be available in the room, better quality toilet paper.

Lot of stairs to bring down the luggage and carry it back. The train track adjoining the hotel is very annoying and extremely noisy when the train passes through.

staff refused to arrange the car with a driver to the border with Angola, even if I'm agree for the proposed price. Why ?

I was not provided with a tea kettle or a hair dryer, as listed in the room description. Also, you can hear people walking to their rooms and staff talking while cleaning.

"Veľmi milý personál, čistý hotel, skvelé raňajky a hotel blízko pláže. Každý deň dopĺňali čistú vodu v sklenených fľašiach na izbu. Večera v hoteli bola výborná. Určite by sme sa tam ešte vrátili ☺️"

Hotel bol blízko cesty bolo počuť hluk z cesty. V hotelovej reštaurácií bola veľmi silná klíma, počas raňajok sme si brali mikinu na prehodenie.
