Hotely v São Tomé a Príncipe

"Hotel bol perfektný, apartmán priestranný. Všade čisto, lokalita blízko hradu tichá. Radi sa sem vrátime a odporučíme aj priateľom a známym."

There is no wardrobe in the room and no hand tissue was provided. The price was very expensive for the room No shuttle to pick up from the airport

"S hotelom sme boli maximálne spokojní. Je na krásnom mieste, blízko autobusová zastávka, odkiaľ sa dostanete všade. Izba priestranná, čistá a postele pohodlné. Personál veľmi milý. Ďakujeme za skvelý Silvestrovský pobyt, určite sa vrátime."

Jedlo za nás málo slané a málo dochutené. Ale neuberám body, pretože manžel je šéfkuchár a sme nároční, čo sa týka stravy. Inak nemôžem vytknúť nič. Všetko bolo skvelé.

"Traditional hotel with very relaxed atmosphere. Family owned and staff who were absolutely lovely. Funny, friendly and helpful. Quite quirky with a definite African ambience. Not trying to be too perfect!! Close to the beach in a quiet area. Super pool with stress free feeling as quite shallow and never busy. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and visited regularly by cheeky monkeys."

A lack of written information describing amenities. Mosquitos can be a problem if you normally suffer after being bitten.

It’s a bit way out to get to any bars or restaurants on foot- St.Lawrence Gap, £10 e/w, for amenities. Walk at your peril the roads & drivers are haphazard & it takes a good half hour if you’re relatively fit!

"Excellent location. ALL the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Near to the American Memorial Park and if you want to book a tour of Saipan, I can recommend Walt at Discover Saipan. He gave me a superb tour of Saipan and Tinian and can collect from the hotel. Delicious dinner in the Terrace restaurant. Several pools and one of them is large enough to swim lengths and is open till late. I wish I could have stayed a bit longer!"

The toiletries were not good - no shampoo, conditioner, tooth brush, vanity kit.

Hotel is huge, staff are struggling to deal with the people when is crowded , service is not high standard , half board they charge for drinks, for water 5 Dinar,inside spa is very expensive overall this hotel is good for low prices

Some of the dinner service staff were not particularly professional - demure, inattentive, lacking humour.. Not what you'd expect for such a high class establishment.

"A lovely quiet residential neighbourhood . Lots of birds in the garden . Lovely pool and outdoor seating area. We could walk out of our room to the pool and terrace. Marian looked after us very well ."
