It's a little bit tired, but listen - this is an incredible villa for the money. Ignore the tired spots and enjoy!

"Een heerlijke plek 15 minuten rijdend vanaf het centrum van Zlatibor. Het huisje was schoon en ruim. Naast het huisje een mooi zwembad. De eigenaar was fantastisch aardig."

Helaas geen airconditioning. Dus in de zomer vrij warm.

"Tiché prostredie, pekná lokalita, blízkosť mora a pohodlie. Vila bola pomerne slušne vybavená a vnútrajšok pekne vyčistený, chcelo by to však vynoviť niektoré veci, napríklad chladničku - určite väčšiu a účinnejšiu a hlavne klimatizácie, ktorých účinnosť bola nízka. Oceňujem výbornú komunikáciu s majiteľom pred príchodom. Počas pobytu som nemusel nič riešiť."

Celý pobyt pokazila prítomnosť holubov, ktorý špinili všetko v okolí vily, vrátane bazénu (nevyčistené dno od exkrementov) a aj napríklad balkónov, ktoré sme preto radšej nevyužívali.

"Very spacious, very private. It was comfortable. We were kindly met at San Marino bus station and taken to the villa. Also kindly taken to the supermarket first to buy some food as the villa is very isolated. Taxi was recommended to us, and was reliable and comfortable. The area was amazing to visit. Information was sent to us to answer our questions. Prompt response."

The villa was further away from the main area of San Marino than expected. As we did not have a car, we were reliant on a taxi, which worked out very expensive. There were a few items in the sink which looked as if intended to be washed up but forgotten. We struggled with sorting out the TV and also finding the right adapter for our chargers and could not find a familiar kettle. These were little things but frustrating after a long journey. It would have been helpful to have an information booklet to explain some of these things so we did not have to keep asking our host.

The room with the twin beds has a little mold smell and it's in the back of the villa my girls didn't want to sleep there

"Great value & service. The house is in the second line of buildings. The property was perfectly clean, plenty of towels, a lot of space. Perfect place for a group of friends, close to restaurants and city center. There is a guest house with a nice sauna."

"Very helpful manager Mr. Bikram Lama. He helped out a lot. the evening fireplace is wonderful to keep warm. Breakfast is made-to-order and hence decent. Once you are in the property, it's a great feeling just next to the runway!!"

Location is confusing as one has to walk quite a bit from Lukla Airport. They should coordinate a porter with arriving guests. It's very cold there and room heaters must be provided for the night. Also, 24 hour hot water supply must be provided

"Good location close to the beach. Easy walk to the harbour area and restaurants and bars. The property was clean and well equipped although could do with some updating. Bedrooms and living area spacious, less so the bathroom - see below."

The bathroom and particularly the shower was small and very basic. The floor in the shower sloped and was a potential hazard; care needed not to lose your balance. Jolly Beach is a beautiful long beach, but when we were there construction work was taking place along side the beach which was noisy and distracting.

"Das Haus liegt wunderschön abgelegen mit einem unglaublichen Ausblick vom Pool aufs Meer und die davorliegenden Hügel. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Für Freizeitspaß steht eine Tischtennisplatte und ein Krökeltisch zur Verfügung. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!"

Die Auffahrt zum Haus ist sehr steil, wir empfehlen einen Automatikwagen, den man auf Martinique unserer Meinung nach aber sowieso mieten sollte. Das WLAN funktioniert leider nicht in allen Räumen, vielleicht könnte hier ein Repeater installiert werden.

Villa has a spacious teracce that is perfect spot for relaxing and wildlife watching - birds, iguanas, parrots, butterflies, collibries - better than the Gilpin trail! :) Each villa has own host that met us at our arrival. She helped us to settle, showed us the house and next day she cooked the lunch for us as per our wish - the local cuisine - callaloo, cou cou and mahi mahi and it was delicious."

That we could not stay longer! :) And the fans above the bed were little fast, not able to slow them down.
