It would have been nice to be a little closer to the beach. It was a short drive, but a long walk.

Niets viel tegen, alles was er, en anders werd het direct geregeld.

"We received prompt responses from the manager whenever we had a request. The facilities and bedding were very good, and the area was peaceful with a helpful security guard."

"Excellent staff, spacious location and games room a bonus. Easy access by car to Blue Lagoon and Boston Beach with a couple of dollars' entry charge. (Could walk to Frenchman's Cove but entry charge excessive so didn't bother.)"

Small maintenance issues required but clean and spacious.

"Perfect location with great views of the mountains and river in the beautiful town of Arco. The apartment was nicely decorated in italian style and included a great hot tub bath and a 4k television. The kitchen was reasonably well appointed with an induction hob and a combi oven, and a fridge freezer. There was free parking available in an underground garage, but we were on foot - the pedestrian entrance came out right onto the pretty alleyways in the Arco old town."

The check in details could have been clearer. The keys had to be collected from "Arcoplant", which is a small garden centre a long way from the apartment. We got there on a Sunday, so the garden centre was closed and it was difficult to get in touch with the owner, but they were really friendly and helpful once we found them.

Vilky ciste, klimatizovane, kuchynka dobre vybavena, blizko viacere plaze, zvlastne parkovanie, z parkoviska transport golfovym autickom priamo k vile.. Vsetko je v areali- obchod, pekaren, bary, pre deti atrakcie- auticka, trampoliny, ihriska, nafukovacie atrakcie na vode, restauracie, predaj plavacich potrieb, zmrzliny, vafli apod... Vlacikom sa da dostat do centra Umagu. Jedine, co by som vytkla je ta cena. Resp.v cene by mohli byt aspon tie nafukovacie preliezacky a smyklavky na vode.... A mali sme dost hmyzu v izbach- mne to nevadi, ale dceram tie mnohonozky dost vadili. Ale chaoem, je to v hajiku, zije tam vselico..."

This was a good bed and breakfast stay for us, only thing I didn’t like was the price but that’s nothing to do with the property it’s just a netherlands standard thing which is around 200 per night

"The house was very charming. The views were gorgeous. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the gas fireplace! The kitchen was outfitted with lots of dishes, serving dishes, utensils and everything you can think of. We appreciated that."

The kitchen was very cold. The hot tub was older and had a bit of a musty smell and all the jets didnt work. But it was great to have it in a screened in porch. Theres only 1 main bathroom and 1 ensuite. So if you dont mind people walking into your bedroom to get to the 2nd bathroom.

"Great value & service. The house is in the second line of buildings. The property was perfectly clean, plenty of towels, a lot of space. Perfect place for a group of friends, close to restaurants and city center. There is a guest house with a nice sauna."

"Tiché prostredie, pekná lokalita, blízkosť mora a pohodlie. Vila bola pomerne slušne vybavená a vnútrajšok pekne vyčistený, chcelo by to však vynoviť niektoré veci, napríklad chladničku - určite väčšiu a účinnejšiu a hlavne klimatizácie, ktorých účinnosť bola nízka. Oceňujem výbornú komunikáciu s majiteľom pred príchodom. Počas pobytu som nemusel nič riešiť."

Celý pobyt pokazila prítomnosť holubov, ktorý špinili všetko v okolí vily, vrátane bazénu (nevyčistené dno od exkrementov) a aj napríklad balkónov, ktoré sme preto radšej nevyužívali.

La instalación requiere de algunos pequeños arreglos y un poco más de limpieza.

"De ligging van Casa Baronesa kan niet beter, direct aan een mooi strand, met achter het huis, gescheiden van het strand via een poortje, nog een stukje privé strand. Het huis is zeer ruim en smaakvol ingericht. Het uitzicht vanuit de slaapkamers op zee is fenomenaal. Verder zijn in de directe nabijheid de nodige restaurantjes te vinden."

De huisraad - met name het bestek en de pannen - was niet op peil en dient te worden aangevuld. Verder zouden een broodrooster en een vaatwasser welkom zijn. Het gemis hieraan heeft de pret echter zeker niet mogen drukken.
