"V Pise sme potrebovali len prespať. Hotel bol blízko k vlakovej stanici. Bol čistý a príjemný. Všetko prebehlo hladko. Vyspali sme sa vynikajúco a mohli sme pokračovať ďalej v ceste. Personál na recepcii bol príjemný a ústretový."

"Všetko bolo v poriadku až na jednu vec. Nie je to chyba hotela. V noci, okolo druhej prišla pomerne dosť veľká skupina ľudí, ktorá bola extrémne hlučná. Evidentne boli ubytovaní vo viacerýh izbách, lebo sa bavili na chodbe, trieskali dvermi a jačali ako na trhu. Na chvíľu stíchli, keď sme ich upozornili, že je veľa hodín a ľudia chcú spať, ale onedlho hulákali ďalej. Bohužial to isté sa opakovalo aj ráno. Hotel za to samozrejme nijak nemôže. Skôr ma mrzí sebastrednosť a arogantnosť niektorých ľudí. Som rada, že som tam nebol ubytovaná s malými deťmi."

"I was staying there with my mom on a city break and we loved it! The place was clean, comfortable and nice. The staff was very helpful and friendly ;) Location is great! Close to the Tower and to the station."

"Easy check in. I was sent an email with all the information and the key was ready when I arrived. Really close to everything, but that's not hard in Pisa."

"Location was very central, just round the corner a bus stop. 10 mins walk on the left there's the leaning tower and 11 mins on the right to the train station."

"No coffee facilities in the room and the shower cubicle was very small. But on the whole we really enjoyed our short stay."

"Very well located, near the high street, where there are lots of shops and restaurants. Walk to The leaning tower or city centre takes around 15-20 mins, less than 10 mins walk from Pisa Centrale train station. Room was as expected for a 2 start hotel. Reception staff was very friendly. You can leave your luggage there after check out."

"A welcoming and helpful hotel with friendly staff. Great location to explore the city and close to the train station and airport. Air conditioning included in room. Took a load of stress out of a last minute change of plans."

"Central location, comfortable beds, paid parking place and helped with ZTL zpne permission. Reception was not available at late time but customer service via booking message works very well. Plus point for customer services. Considering the price, all was very good."

"The air conditioning in the room was not effective enough. The air conditioning is cool, but the cool air could not be spreaded throughout the whole room, so it was very hot inside. Luckily we have our own fan with us, which helped a bit. We arrived in Pisa when highest temperature reached about 39 though."
