"Počas svojho nedávneho pobytu v hoteli The Urban som bola nadmieru spokojná so všetkými aspektmi tohto zariadenia. Už pri príchode ma okúzlilo nádherné prostredie plné zelene.Jednou z najväčších výhod mojej izby bolo, že bazén bol doslova päť krokov od dverí. Toto umiestnenie bolo nesmierne pohodlné, najmä počas horúcich dní, keď som sa mohla rýchlo osviežiť vo vode. Čo sa týka vybavenia pri bazéne, vždy boli k dispozícii voľné lehátka s uterákmi. Musím tiež vyzdvihnúť personál hotela The Urban. Každý zamestnanec, s ktorým som prišla do kontaktu, bol neskutočne milý a ochotný. Všetci boli vždy pripravení pomôcť s úsmevom na tvári, čo prispelo k celkovej pozitívnej atmosfére v hoteli."

"Very nice hotel in a great location. They provide stainless steel water bottles for use and there's a water filter at reception. Really nice to see hotels trying to reduce plastic bottles. Had a slight miscommunication with booking a tour but the staff were very apologetic and really bent over backwards to make things right. I got in really early and the staff were kind enough to let me use a shower and change for the day. Would highly recommend staying here."

"The location was fab, being so central to the markets and restaurants. Although it was so close to these it was very peaceful and quiet. The staff were all super lovely and friendly - always being welcomed with a warm smile and asking us about our day. We did have a few breakfasts and dinners at the hotel which were all delicious and we had a lot of coffees always brought to our room 😊"

"The staff couldn’t be more the lovely, they were very kind and supportive. The location of the hotel is very central and just a few minutes walk from the pub street, yet it’s quiet so you can have a sound sleep. It was a very nice place to stay and I’d definitely book it again when I go to Siem Reap."
