"It is not 4-star hotel, is is barely a 3-start hotel. Nevertheless, I was only staying for a night, and for that it was okay. If you adjust your expectations, the hotel is okay. The staff was nice. The bed was comfortable."
My one main complaint is that while taking a shower, a foul canal-smell appeared when I opened the tap.

"I liked that the property is within easy walking distance and sight of the main Street. The reception staff and restaurant staff are wonderful. The lunch and dinner menus, food and prices are excellent. The quality and size of the room and furniture are very good."
Most of the American breakfast when delivered was cold and greasy each morning and twice the orange juice was warm. The bed was very firm and all the pillows were too firm, high and only suitable for a back sleeper. I had to use a cushion from the sofa to sleep on. I had to go to reception to organise coffee and toiletries for my room as the cleaning staff didn't attend to my room for 2 days. You can only use YouTube on the TV without accounts and there is no cable TV.

"Staff is really amazing, friendly and helpful, always there to greet you and help you. Room and bathroom are spacious. They have a nice garden and a pool. It's a bit out of the city center, so no crowds and noise. It's a short tuk tuk ride from main attractions."
The AC was a bit weak, set on 16 degrees, but it was barely cool in the room. Restaurant is not working at the moment, and I definitely didn't get the room I booked on this site, pictures are different from the actual room. But it was ok.
