So, if you have the opportunity to travel to Ios and stay at this hotel, do it!!!!!! You will not be disappointed!! Absolute must visit destination and hotel!"

Only couple of persons spoke english. Several restaurants in hotel, but you could only book online with one. When you come to hotel everything is in spanish, luckily I had colleague who could speak spanish so he was able to translate how to book breakfast, lunches and dinners etc.

주변에 식당이없다보니 골드카드로 갔는데 식사를 그나마 괜찮은건 마젤란이었는데 3박동안 가려니 너무 질리더라구요 사이판pic처럼 좀더 다양한 레스토랑이 있었으면 좋겠어요

It was not easy to get service on the tables near the beach. The sun beds did not have cushions so were uncomfortable to lay on.

Couldn’t find any ramp which could be wheel chair friendly. A ramp could be introduced for ease of moving luggage’s and for elderly people.

Restaurant waiters are useless, slow, just talking to each other. . Even if you are a guest at hotel they want you to pay for the huts. Hotel guests should get at least a free hour daily. There is no real beach seating for hotel guests to relax.

"The location is right in the heart of Georgetown, within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions. The accommodation is beautifully designed,easily the best I’ve seen in Penang. The staff were incredibly friendly and always made sure we were well taken care of."

If I were to nitpick, the dinner menu could be a bit more interesting. Other than that, everything was great.

"The villa setup gives real privacy and calm, and the resort layout on the hillside feels like a Mediterranean-style village. We tried two restaurants and the steak restaurant (The Deck) was a standout. Staff were exceptional: warm, relaxed and genuinely helpful. Not a dislike, but good to know - because it’s built on a hill, you’ll use the resort shuttle frequently, but it’s part of what creates the privacy and views.
