"Handy to bus stops and restaurants and s great bake/bread shop in front. The security is super and the people running it really nice. I like that they have soft towels and a bath mat in each room. All the extra touches to make it homey. Also there is a great laundry mat right next door. I have stayed there several times.(lol at the hostel. Not the laundry mat)"

"This place is simply fabulous - clean, quiet, cozy, everything works, in a great location near night market, mall, fast food etc, easily reachable by bus, yet, some rooms face forest. It's self check-in, all information is provided timely and clearly, communication is brilliant and any questions promptly answered. One of the best place to stay ever."

There is nothing not to like. But, as you need a code to enter your room, its probably not a good idea to rush to the toilet in the middle of the night, and forgetting phone with the code in the room 😊 (didn't happen, but could 🤣). Love it here...

"Charlie welcomed me very friendly and introduced me to the house and facilities. Everything was very clean and welcoming. Communication was absolute great and there was no issues at all. Although I accidentally chose the wrong room when I booked, she allowed me to change it (I wanted a female room) without hesitation. "everything was super clean, the facilities were great, and there were plenty of sinks and bathrooms so you never had to wait for ages to get ready. the fact there is a sauna was an amazing bonus. beds super comfy with super fresh new white sheets - felt like I should've been paying way more. Location is great - most places in the city walkable within 30mins, and a five minute walk away from central station so really easy to use public transport"

"The location is a bit remote from the city of Lugano, but the views are wonderful and it's surrounded by nature. The house itself is very cozy, welcoming and well maintained."

Wifi was very poor both in the living room and the private bedroom. I struggled connecting for work. I can't say that this was good value for money considering how far it was from Lugano city centre and all other activity spots. I didn't have breakfast, because it was another 20 francs on top of everything else and that wasn't really ideal for someone travelling on a budget.

"Good location, within walking distance of town but far from tourist crowds. Full kitchen facilities and equipment for self catering. Many restaurants nearby especially Peanuts restaurant for good local food. Supermarket is nearby. Very friendly hosts! Good overall value for Aruba. There weren't that many guests in the dorm when I stayed so it was almost like having private space."

No curtains on the bed. I also was charged twice for my stay here a long time after I left which was disappointing to see but I did get refunded.

My fault choose the yurt room because I always pee in the night and the toilet in the main house. The location far from the city, if u wanna a quite place and for long stay, its recomended.

"The hostel was pretty clean. The staff at the reception were friendly, helpful, and patient. They have a lot of knowledge about tourism in Bagan and were always happy to give advice or answer questions. It was also very convenient that they can help you book buses directly at the hostel, and that you can rent e-bikes. Another big plus is the atmosphere. The hostel is social, but not in an overwhelming way. It’s not loud or pushy. There are great opportunities to connect with other travelers if you want, but you can also just sit by the pool and enjoy some quiet time. I think this place is perfect both for people looking for peace and quiet and for those who want to meet others."

There wasn’t much to complain about. The only small improvement I can think of would be adding curtains to the beds, which would give a bit more privacy.
