"The staff were absolutely fantastic, so willing to help in every situation. Couldn't recommend this place more."

If you want a beach holiday it's a little far but if you enjoy the cultural aspects it's a perfect spot. Just a little uphill.

Dorms are by the main road and very noisy with traffic so hard to sleep. Creaky floorboards also.

"Great place to stay in Noukchott. The place itself is beautiful, and in a nice neighbourhood within walking distance to anything you'd want to see. The bungalows are cosy and comfortable. Great hot showers and good buffet breakfast. Contrary to some other uncharitable reviews, I found the young guys working there to be helpful and pleasant. Sebastien the owner gives great travel advice. 10/10, would repeat!"

"Such a great experience! Came a bit worried by the reviews, but since Mama Fifì is back the house is very clean and well managed. Rooms are simple, but it was such a pleasure to share a house with a real local landlady and spend some times in a real Huahine household, with whom we shared dinners and good moments. We were just three guests in off season, experience may be different when the dorm is full. A bit isolated, renting moped advised, but they deliver there too, and walking distance to water access and incredible beach hikes."

Locating the Da Terra at night is not straightforward. It is surrounded by several houses and some distance off the road.

"This is a really great hostel. Perfectly located in the historic centre and yet close to restaurants and shops. A warm welcome and helpful staff throughout who all seem to enjoy their roles. They even provided a towel as well as fresh linen for the dormitory beds. Really nice design for the hostel - clean and bright."

"Keďže som si vybrala na dovolenku november, v Schaane a Vaduze nebolo veľa turistov. Veľmi pozitívne hodnotím, že hoci som mala zdieľanú izbu, mala som ju celú pre seba. Personál bol veľmi milý a nápomocný. Zariadenie bolo čisté. Veľmi sa mi páčili spoločenské priestory, možnosť zahrať si spoločenské hry, interiér aj exteriér hostela bol veľmi upokojujúci. Určite odporúčam :))"

"The hostel was pretty clean. The staff at the reception were friendly, helpful, and patient. They have a lot of knowledge about tourism in Bagan and were always happy to give advice or answer questions. It was also very convenient that they can help you book buses directly at the hostel, and that you can rent e-bikes. Another big plus is the atmosphere. The hostel is social, but not in an overwhelming way. It’s not loud or pushy. There are great opportunities to connect with other travelers if you want, but you can also just sit by the pool and enjoy some quiet time. I think this place is perfect both for people looking for peace and quiet and for those who want to meet others."

There wasn’t much to complain about. The only small improvement I can think of would be adding curtains to the beds, which would give a bit more privacy.

"Veľká spoločensko-jedálenská miestnosť a 3oj kuchyňa s výhľadmi na záliv. Excelentný manager Kristjan, ktorý si milým a usmievavým prístupom získa každého. Ako sám povedal, má rád svoju prácu. Proste sa tu musíte cítiť príjemne ;) ...ako doma, ako u rodiny, ako u priateľov. Strávila som tam 2+3 noci a určite doporučujem!"
