"Typ ubytovania v slamených chatkách. Mimoriadne ochotný personál - mali sme možnosť posunúť si raňajky smerom k skoršiemu času. Dostávali sme priebežne otázky, či môžu s niečím pomôcť. Boli sme kontakotvaní ohľadom zabudnutej veci, pričom okamžite zmanažovali doručenie iným hosťom idúcim našim smerom."

Poloha. Navôkol je prakticky možnosť ísť len pozrieť na korytnačky.

There seems to be a lack of management oversight, with some areas for improvement. For example, one of the bath mats which was in place in front of the shower had holes in it - which really shouldn't happen. And there is a need for a "refresh" of the the rooms.

Le prix reste un peu cher pour le Myanmar dans le contexte politique actuel même si il se comprend. Le confort du lit, matelas, était mauvais. Les coupures d'électricité durant tout un après-midi sont aussi à prendre en compte. Enfin les matelas et les serviettes autour de la piscine semblent une option.

Nothing it a Perfect Place

"Just generally one of those special places that will stick in my memory forever. A collection of pretty little cabins by the beach surrounded by palm trees with hammocks slung between them for whiling away the days. With only the sounds of birds and waves. Where everyone just hangs out and chats, the staff, the other guests, the extremely interesting and gregarious owner Gregory (no pun intended). I could spend a week here just forgetting about the outside world. The various arrangements (airport transfer, transfer back to town, activities) all went smoothly as well. Which is my no means guaranteed in this part of the world."

Not much but if I went again I'd maybe pay a little more for the room with ensuite shower rather than sharing a communal shower with non locking door. Obviously this is budget accommodation in West Africa so it's of the rustic eco lodge variety rather than the western style hotel room variety in case anyone is expecting that.

Getting to the resort was a bit of a trip, not a long trip, but a trip through the rough parts of the town, very different.

"This place is absolutely amazing! The family is fantastic, the FOOD is TOP OF THE TOP! We were there this September, and I've just booked another stay next year! My highlight of the trip! LOVE IT!"
