"Villa Fleur de Lys is a great sized villa, right on the beach, with a swimming pool and has excellent amenities. The rooms are large, with comfortable beds and en suite bathrooms. There is a kid's games room and an entertainment centre with a gym, foosball table, ping pong table and pool table. The included breakfast is big enough and the restaurant provided large portion sizes. The beach is okay for swimming, but aqua shoes are recommended as there are rocks."

"The room was large and spacious. Very comfortable beds and a well appointed bathroom. A seating area was a welcome extra. Breakfast was excellent -with a glass of Istenic sparkling! The garden attached to the winery is a really peaceful setting for a morning’s (or more) relaxation over coffee and more sparkling wine. All the staff we met were friendly and welcoming. Thank you to them."

Only downside is the location that means restaurants are a short drive away - even the closest (about 1km) is a drive because of the fast narrow road without pavement. The main town of Brezice is worth visiting though for its restaurants, cafes, castle and water tower.

"Small hotel of 10 rooms, with large rooms (includes a small fridge), comfortable bed, nice local shower products and very quiet as I did not hear at all the other rooms despite all the rooms being in the same building. The heated swimming pool is a great feature, breakfast outside in the sun by the swimming pool and diners inside by the fire, as it was a bit chilly in the evenings, were really nice. The food was excellent too. Finally the staff was very kind and efficient. There are several cats on the property - to be mentioned for those who it could be an issue. Also, the property did not serve any alcohol."

This was a good bed and breakfast stay for us, only thing I didn’t like was the price but that’s nothing to do with the property it’s just a netherlands standard thing which is around 200 per night

"Great value & service. The house is in the second line of buildings. The property was perfectly clean, plenty of towels, a lot of space. Perfect place for a group of friends, close to restaurants and city center. There is a guest house with a nice sauna."

"Its a quite place. All of their staffs are too nice and helpful. The resort is just walking distance from the town centre or the ski. There was an unexpected party during of of our dinner which elevated our experience to the next level. Overall it was really good place and we were all happy."

The 3rd bedroom is a small room just enough to place a single bed. There was only one common bathroom for a 2.5 bed cottage which was quite frustrating.

"We were group of friends with families, so we were very excited about place, surrounding, distance to the sea - everything was great! Kids had a lot of acticities, even to collect shells or pine cones. Every room had separate bathrooms, kitchen equipment, tools for barbeque (we need to brought only charcol for cooking)."

It small thing, that do not efect my valuation - sofa was a bit to hard for adults, would be great to have additional mattress :)

"The house was very charming. The views were gorgeous. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the gas fireplace! The kitchen was outfitted with lots of dishes, serving dishes, utensils and everything you can think of. We appreciated that."

The kitchen was very cold. The hot tub was older and had a bit of a musty smell and all the jets didnt work. But it was great to have it in a screened in porch. Theres only 1 main bathroom and 1 ensuite. So if you dont mind people walking into your bedroom to get to the 2nd bathroom.

Would have liked 2 single beds in the second bedroom for the children. Could use a dustbin in the kitchen.

You can watch the sunset over the river and enjoy the laid-back vibe. The staff, especially Tom, were amazing! 🤩 I was feeling pretty sick, but Tom went above and beyond, providing me with electrolytes and making sure I was comfortable. His kindness and care made a huge difference. Overall, I'd give Ban Lakkham River View Hotel 5/5 stars for location and staff. Would definitely recommend and stay again! 🏨💕"

"The villa is clean & spacious. Ilse was very accommodating, she reached out to me just right after my booking was confirmed. She was very attentive with all my queries. My family & friends enjoyed our stay. The villa is huge, and so many sitting areas where you can bond with friends. We look forward of staying there again."

"Boli sme tu druhykrat pre dobre skusenosti minuly rok. Vilky ciste, klimatizovane, kuchynka dobre vybavena, blizko viacere plaze, zvlastne parkovanie, z parkoviska transport golfovym autickom priamo k vile.. Vsetko je v areali- obchod, pekaren, bary, pre deti atrakcie- auticka, trampoliny, ihriska, nafukovacie atrakcie na vode, restauracie, predaj plavacich potrieb, zmrzliny, vafli apod... Vlacikom sa da dostat do centra Umagu. Jedine, co by som vytkla je ta cena. Resp.v cene by mohli byt aspon tie nafukovacie preliezacky a smyklavky na vode.... A mali sme dost hmyzu v izbach- mne to nevadi, ale dceram tie mnohonozky dost vadili. Ale chaoem, je to v hajiku, zije tam vselico..."

"Läget är fantastiskt och kontakten med ägaren fungerade väldigt bra. Villan fungerar utmärkt för 4 personer med egna badrum och stort kök och vardagsrum. Läget på stranden inbjuder till många härliga bad och strandpromenader."

Huset är lite slitet och skulle må bra av lite renovering och förnyelse. Men allt fungerar och det är välutrustat och städat.
