"Very helpful manager Mr. Bikram Lama. He helped out a lot. the evening fireplace is wonderful to keep warm. Breakfast is made-to-order and hence decent. Once you are in the property, it's a great feeling just next to the runway!!"

Location is confusing as one has to walk quite a bit from Lukla Airport. They should coordinate a porter with arriving guests. It's very cold there and room heaters must be provided for the night. Also, 24 hour hot water supply must be provided

zlá kvalita vankúšov na spanie, nedostatok toaletného papiera pre 10 osôb, chýbajúci ostrý nôž alebo brúska, tekutý čistiaci prostriedok a utierky ...

"Läget är fantastiskt och kontakten med ägaren fungerade väldigt bra. Villan fungerar utmärkt för 4 personer med egna badrum och stort kök och vardagsrum. Läget på stranden inbjuder till många härliga bad och strandpromenader."

Huset är lite slitet och skulle må bra av lite renovering och förnyelse. Men allt fungerar och det är välutrustat och städat.

3泊したのですがタオルが2泊分しか無かったのでちょっと残念でした。

"Boli sme tu druhykrat pre dobre skusenosti minuly rok. Vilky ciste, klimatizovane, kuchynka dobre vybavena, blizko viacere plaze, zvlastne parkovanie, z parkoviska transport golfovym autickom priamo k vile.. Vsetko je v areali- obchod, pekaren, bary, pre deti atrakcie- auticka, trampoliny, ihriska, nafukovacie atrakcie na vode, restauracie, predaj plavacich potrieb, zmrzliny, vafli apod... Vlacikom sa da dostat do centra Umagu. Jedine, co by som vytkla je ta cena. Resp.v cene by mohli byt aspon tie nafukovacie preliezacky a smyklavky na vode.... A mali sme dost hmyzu v izbach- mne to nevadi, ale dceram tie mnohonozky dost vadili. Ale chaoem, je to v hajiku, zije tam vselico..."

"Its a quite place. All of their staffs are too nice and helpful. The resort is just walking distance from the town centre or the ski. There was an unexpected party during of of our dinner which elevated our experience to the next level. Overall it was really good place and we were all happy."

The 3rd bedroom is a small room just enough to place a single bed. There was only one common bathroom for a 2.5 bed cottage which was quite frustrating.

"Small hotel of 10 rooms, with large rooms (includes a small fridge), comfortable bed, nice local shower products and very quiet as I did not hear at all the other rooms despite all the rooms being in the same building. The heated swimming pool is a great feature, breakfast outside in the sun by the swimming pool and diners inside by the fire, as it was a bit chilly in the evenings, were really nice. The food was excellent too. Finally the staff was very kind and efficient. There are several cats on the property - to be mentioned for those who it could be an issue. Also, the property did not serve any alcohol."

"Very spacious, very private. It was comfortable. We were kindly met at San Marino bus station and taken to the villa. Also kindly taken to the supermarket first to buy some food as the villa is very isolated. Taxi was recommended to us, and was reliable and comfortable. The area was amazing to visit. Information was sent to us to answer our questions. Prompt response."

The villa was further away from the main area of San Marino than expected. As we did not have a car, we were reliant on a taxi, which worked out very expensive. There were a few items in the sink which looked as if intended to be washed up but forgotten. We struggled with sorting out the TV and also finding the right adapter for our chargers and could not find a familiar kettle. These were little things but frustrating after a long journey. It would have been helpful to have an information booklet to explain some of these things so we did not have to keep asking our host.

La conception architecturale de la maison qui en fait un lieu d’exception dans tous ses aménagements et principalement la piscine à débordement de grande taille avec une vue sur l’océan indien . Le calme et la sérénité du lieu : la musique de l’océan , le chant des oiseaux et du vent … un coucher de soleil tous les soirs sur l’océan : de la piscine , du salon , de la cuisine et de notre chambre , du jardin …. Une vue panoramique à 180 degrés !!! L’emplacement géographique dans le quartier de l’hermitage : accès direct au lagon et proximité à pied de Saint-Gilles ."

"Everything is perfect, the villas are so new and well equipped and decorated. Sofia - Cousine Chef - and Marie - our main contact - were incredible since the begging. They do all for us to fell more comfortable. Levi is the bast from finish Lapland. Weather is perfect, the Vila is surrounded by nature and super calm but still central place. 1000% worth"

"Good location close to the beach. Easy walk to the harbour area and restaurants and bars. The property was clean and well equipped although could do with some updating. Bedrooms and living area spacious, less so the bathroom - see below."

The bathroom and particularly the shower was small and very basic. The floor in the shower sloped and was a potential hazard; care needed not to lose your balance. Jolly Beach is a beautiful long beach, but when we were there construction work was taking place along side the beach which was noisy and distracting.

"3층짜리 단독빌라로 넓고 환한 방이 2층에 3개, 3층에 2개, 화장실과 욕실도 2,3층에 있어서 7명이 쓰기에 너무 좋음. 1층은 넓은 거실과 정수기가 비치된 주방까지 흠 잡을 것이 없음."

시압바자르나 둘러볼만한 곳들이 위치한 곳과는 거리가 멀어 항상 얀덱스로 이동해야 하는 것이 불편함. 호스트가 미리 와이파이 이동 비용을 지불하지 않아 2일 (주말)내내 무료 와이파이를 사용하지 못함.

"Excellent staff, spacious location and games room a bonus. Easy access by car to Blue Lagoon and Boston Beach with a couple of dollars' entry charge. (Could walk to Frenchman's Cove but entry charge excessive so didn't bother.)"

Small maintenance issues required but clean and spacious.
