Toto by bolo dobré aby sa to na booking.com updatovalo. Je to skôr apartmánový dom na prenájom, ako keď sa chodí do chorvátska. Raňajky sú ponúkané ale o skutočných raňajkách ako takých čo naozajstný hotel ponúka sa nedá vôbec hovoriť, (bufetové stoly, kávy, čaje, juice a a tak). Ale nemusíte si ich dávať. My už nabudúce si ich nedáme. Celkovo však veľká spokojnosť. Teraz keď už vieme čo je to, ako to funguje a tak tak veľmi radi sa tam znova ubytujeme. Čiže ak niekto hľadá naozajstný hotel ako taký tak toto nie je to čo hľadáte.

"Very comfortable sleeping room, big kitchen and dining room area. Everything you need regarding cleaning, washing and household. Within 15 minutes of walking you can get directly to the city center and the harbour. The town park is within a 5 minute walk. Marna is a very friendly and humorous person as well. So everything was awesome!"

"Great location at the side of the runway. A short walk from Maho Beach and D’s bar which has an amazing viewing platform for the planes. Eric the accommodation manager was great and went the extra mile to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay."

Quite niusy at times with roosters making there things at 5am and i did have problem with noisy guests ( which isn’t hotes fault) but noisy cleaning is. Personell is very nice dough

Air con didn’t reach the bedroom and could hear the traffic at night.

"Once inside the apartment, it is a different story: the apartment is spacious, well-designed, and clean. Also, the view of the surrounding area is magnificent - it does welcome one to Addis Ababa. The apartment caretaker, Selechi, is very resourceful and helpful in providing any needed information; he will go a distance to help guests order food and drinks. Kudos Selechi; keep up the good work."

The train rail track in front of the apartment hotel makes it difficult for taxi drivers to pick up or drop off a guest. The rail track extends to about 2 miles past the hotel; the Chinese contractors need to revisit that project.

"Good location. A few minutes walk to the public beach, bus stops, next to a supermarket. Parking available. Night life nearby. A few restaurants reachable on foot. The staff was very nice and polite. Had a little issue with the aircon and the manager was quick to sort it out. Room was cleaned and towels changed daily."

The glass door in the bathroom rubs against the floor and makes a loud noise. Lots of dried leaves in the pool. The internet is too slow.

"Veľmi príjemná a ochotná recepčná, vzdialenosť od zastávok MHD prijateľná, súkromné parkovisko, čistá kúpeľňa, súkromie. veľká spokojnosť. Aj s informáciami podanými na recepcii o meste a spôsobe prepravy."

Na najbližšej zastávke električky nebola možnosť si zakúpiť listky. To sa dá riešiť skrz mobilnú aplikáciu. Na izbe by som prijal fľašu čistej minerálnej vody, nejaké sprchovacie šampóniky. Komfort by zvýšila aj menšia televízia a chladnička , ale výhradne tam nechýbajú. Bolo by to len plus.

"The apartment was stocked with many basic food items: Bread, butter, margarine, tea, instant coffee, salt, pepper, sugar, juice, milk, coke, and snacks, to the best of my memory. This was essential because we arrived at 3:00 AM and had to be ready for a tour at 6:00 AM. Also, some of that is expensive to buy when you must leave it behind if you are only there a few days. We liked that there was a security guard there and the building and area felt safe. Laundry facilities."

A couple of details... No shelf in the shower to put your soap and shampoo. On the floor or balancing on the shower handle.

"Used as a night stop over before catching ferry next day. Midway between airport and ferry port. Room had everything required, was clean and having bar and restaurant on roof is a nice thing as not much else is around in the area. Staff were attentive."

There were small irritations. TV on arrival was not working but sorted after a message to hotel. Signage to bar restaurant is incorrect should be removed. Took a while before being advised of alternative entry point. Check out process could had been more efficient. Taxi driver ended up paying cash for me as lady with card machine not available

"We loved this place. Any questions and concerns were answered in few minutes. The cleaning staff very friendly and professional. Location is 2 min from the beach."

The only downside in our opinion is no grocery stores in walking distance. You do need a car to move around.
