But what I appreciate most is the entire staff. Everyone is very friendly, helpful, and kind. If you need advice or assistance with anything, you can count on the staff. The rooms are nice and comfortable, and the hotel’s location is perfect—right by Lakeside yet in a quieter part of town. The hotel has a very pleasant garden where you can relax. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. Here, you feel welcome and well taken care of."

The breakfast was also very rich and high quality, with plenty of options to start the day well."

"Great location Very friendly and attentive staff Has a pool and a gym, and also had discounts on the spa. Room was very spacious. You can leave your luggage if you are going on a trek which is great. We stayed twice, once before and once after our trek. The first room had a rock hard mattress and the shower sprayed all over the bathroom floor. The 2nd room was much nicer, softer bed and a glass wall to contain the shower water."
